ABOUT RECOVERY GEAR USA
Recovery Gear USA's primary objective is to supply premium quality vehicle recovery products to both commercial and recreational users.
The company is located between the Coastal and Cascade mountain ranges, in Portland Oregon. Because of our location in the Pacific Northwest, Recovery Gear USA has benefited from logging and other local industries in being able to source the finest equipment from around the world.
T he company is proud to offer some of the same products that are used by military forces and search and rescue departments worldwide. Our webbing was originally engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications and is of the highest quality available. Because we market these products direct, we are able to offer these high quality products at a very reasonable price.
The product range includes replacement winch cables, shackles, recovery straps, snatch blocks, complete recovery kits, ODYSSEY® batteries and vehicle accessories.
Being off-road enthusiasts, Recovery Gear USA's employees are dedicated to bringing its customers the safest and highest quality products in the vehicle recovery market. Every product we sell is used regularly by our staff both for work and for play. If we didn't use it, we would't sell it.
The employees of Recovery Gear USA come from very diverse backgrounds. In addition to their common interest in off-roading, their other outdoor pursuits include: orienteering, trekking, cross country skiing, fishing, hunting, volunteering for Emergency Medical Services and a general love for the outdoors.
In addition to being an official sponsor of Tread Lightly!®, Recovery Gear USA is also proud to support other events, organizations, and individuals. At the Trophy Team Challenge, Recovery Gear USA provided safety and assistance during the night orienteering event. During the Border to Border® expedition, Recovery Gear USA provided Team Lawless with equipment support for their Canada to Mexico adventure. Recovery Gear USA is also involved with environmental groups such as the Native Plant Society of Oregon. We recently helped to transport its members to a remote work site in the Columbia River Gorge where we assisted in removing non-native plant species.
If you would like more information on events such as trail clearing, stream restoration, off-road events, club meetings and results, please see our Low Range page calendar of events.
